Whether it was opening match vs DC last year, or his 99 in one of the games this year where he captained or that Tewatia match last year or today, his team puts his down more than anyone else. In fact outside of Bharat Arun for the time being no other Indian should be near the Indian bowling scene either. may be TA Sekhar that’s about it. Develop someone as an apprentice under a proper coach.

Malinga was the best pacer in SL in white ball cricket then. Such pacers will obviously be picked. One can judge the tendency of the captains and coaches by looking at the fringe players being picked.
