Where will Shubman GIll bat?

Now that KL Rahul and  Rohit have established themselves as openers, where will Gill bat?  I don't mind him bating down the order. But hope we don't  "rest" him. He is  a special talent and he needs full backing. He can even come in to ODI side. in the future for next world cup. 

 

 Hope he regains his form under his lucky captain   :)

Ideally Pujara or Rahane should have been booted out already after WTC final and Gill should be persisted at #3.

Gill has a good game against pacers and can take on spinners once settled down. Still needs to improve but he's ready for #3.

It will be great if Umran comes good for India A and then we will have 4 young fast bowlers ready .... Bumrah, Siraj. Prasidh and Umran.

I would prefer that too. But he seems to have powerful backers. 

 

Don't think any other Indian batsmen has survived while averaging around 35 in his last 50 tests.

Rohit is currently the best opener in the world. We should utilize whatever little he has left to offer. No need to expose a young batsman at a tough position. He should be a no. 4.

rahul will probably have a 35-ish avg after 50 tests, although he didn't play continuously. we have so many mediocre batsmen packing up the team.
