They both are Kohli's safety buffers. If they get dropped, he will be the only struggling batsman in the team. Also, if another young batsman or two bats well like Iyer, the "difficult batting conditions at home" scam will be exposed.

They should have returned to India to take rest after losing the first 2 games in the WC. It's ridiculous to see them "rest" for this test, doing more favours to the fake nice guy team.

I was checking multiple stats posted by one of the poster here and pujara is outperforming bradman in every conditions against every opposition in recent time. I have learnt that he is best indian batsman since 90s followed by pandya, jadeja, axar, parthiv & bumrah. Idk what you all guys are talking about.

He probably keeps thinking that Gujarat playing 11 is synonymous with Indian team playing 11.  Well, he is free to think and imagine whatever gives him pleasure.  Fair enough.    But, on a serious note, creating countless annoying threads with meaningless stats  should be treated as spam and deleted by the mods.   Afterall, it's a cricket forum and not some sort of Fantasy League.
