Ive seen both crank it up to 140 in the IPL (occasionally) which is quick enough. Harshal however is not that great with lateral movement. Arshdeep has a more well rounded skillset. Will have to keep doing well though.

Swing. There was none in first innings. Bhuvi relishes swing. Arshdeep swung it both ways. Now, who will these selectors drop when Pant, Bumrah and Lolhi are back in second T20.
