I had said the same thing then, was foolish to send Shankar ahead, already had to deal with Pandey before that. DK pulled out a rabbit once and bhakts went gaga calling the idiocy as genius. 

 

Even in the IPL despite having a star studded team, there were some pretty close finals then went to the last delivery or so. IPL isn't some gold standard and bambai should have won multiple trophies in any case. 

 

He may have done ok in earlier years, pulling the team with the bat in hand like Kohli and not having a rough environment in the dressing room, but going by selections & on field decisions the team wouldn't have won major trophies.

Has anyone heard interviews of Rohit himself and a few other players. Kohli and a few others have said that Rohit suffers from forgetfulness. Like he routinely used to forget things like passport at home while travelling. 

Now his wife assists him with these things. 

Although it is a common thing but I believe it tells that he is not a sharp person.

I hope one day he wakes up and forget about vada pav for an year....but it seems that's something which he will never forget.

Against Aus, India lost a rare ODI series at home. India failed to capitalize on key moments by not taking the initiative, allowing the game to drag.

Not just his captaincy, Fatman's batting also has taken a sharp nose dive ever since he became captain. Better to make Hardik the captain or just be dropped from ODI team altogether (along with Dravid)  if India harbor any hopes of doing well in the World Cup.

Rather than posting meaningless points and using unrelated stats (you yourself showed the irrelevancy by citing Dhoni's example), follow the thread and you would know the answer, if you haven't so far, duh!
