All trundlers have been mauled till now, so I take it as a good sign..hope Harshit plays next match. On Sunday we will see Umran, Kuldeep and hopefully Tyagi... deepdynamo
Deshpande never looked like hurrying the batsman even with 145 pace. He is bit like shardul and a fodder for decent batsman.

Majestic
What is special about watching Hangarekar? The action is ugly and he clocks 140-145, will be down under 140 in 1 year of international cricket. Only Umran, Sen and Tyagi are the ones to look for.
Nikhil_cric
Our bowlers continue to lose pace. Shivam Mavi has lost pace and the rest are almost always injured lol. Even the ones with pace dont seem to be durable.
vvvslaxman
What an eyesore today from our pacers especially. There was no venom from anybody.

zen
Trundlers are galore in Indian cricket, while pace bowlers have only been a handful. However, it is good to see all the pacers play in a major tournament together, along with overseas pacers (Team India fields mostly trundlers too). Teams, in alphabetical order, with pace bowlers (ability to bowl consistently at 140+): CSK = Deshpande* & Hangrarekar* DC = Nortje+ & Ngidi* GT = Shami, Joseph, Little*, O Smith*, Dayal*, Mavi*, & Sir Don Pandya* KKR = Ferguson+ LSG = Wood+ & Moshin+ MI = Archer & Bumrah PK = Rabada RCB = Siraj* RR = Krishna* & Sen SRH = Umran+ & Tyagi * = a borderline case + = Express or express pace potential Edited April 1 by zen deepdynamo

Have to see Kaverappa as well, he is tall so 135-140 would be enough. Edited April 2 by singhvivek141 deepdynamo

There is a hope that if his run-up is sorted, he can clock higher speeds. Mark Wood with his shortened run-up used to oscillate at 135-145 now with a proper run-up he is often in 144-154 range. Hangargekar is also a hit the deck bowler and a capable batter. These skills are rare in Indian pacers. deepdynamo and Mosher
MK55
These clowns ended up playing Sakariya vs Nagarkoti. I Thought Ponting would be better than that. express bowling, Mosher and deepdynamo
deepdynamo
Deshpande 1/51(3.2) Sakriya 2/53(4) Mukesh 0/34(4) Unadkat 0/39(3) Surely Franchise would have realized that these one skill trundlers offers nothing. Moreover, they are not young also. I don't mind trundlers who can bat a bit ( Curran or Chahar) or trundlers with some real skills ( Arshdeep). But beyond that they are match losers. singhvivek141, express bowling and zen

Let's hope Avinash get to play as an impact bowler and clock 150k (he looks super quick from the videos). Hopefully he will get quicker.
express bowling
Really want to see Harshit Rana bowl. He just went on bowling quick and hostile spells in Ranji Trophy and I rate the ability to bowl quick in 4 day/5 day games much higher than T20 games. How many of the guys mentioned have hit international level and are in the category of quality fast bowling?
