jalebi_bhai Posted July 31, 2023 Posted July 31, 2023 Two all-rounders from Baroda. Who has contributed more to Indian cricket so far? Discuss.

Neither has contributed anything worth recognising to Indian cricket. They don't have 2k runs in any format and don't have 100 wickets either. raki05 1

Majestic Posted July 31, 2023 Posted July 31, 2023 Greatest Indian all rounders : Kapil Jadeja Ashwin V Mankad I Pathan R Shastri Only Kapil and Pathan were seam/pace bowling all rounders so extra brownie points for them. raki05 and Lone Wolf 2
vvvslaxman Posted July 31, 2023 Posted July 31, 2023 I agree Irafn is the proper all rounder. He has even opened the batting. Lord, Lone Wolf, cricspirit and 1 other 2 2
rkt.india Posted July 31, 2023 Posted July 31, 2023 Yusuf wasn't an alrounder. He was a batsman. Yusuf was a batsman who could bowl part time like Raina. Pandya is a proper alrounder, maybe good or bad that is different argument. So there is no comparison. Vijy and jf1gp_1 2
vvvslaxman Posted July 31, 2023 Posted July 31, 2023 Comparison should be who is better big hitter. raki05 1
Bigg Brother Posted July 31, 2023 Posted July 31, 2023 Pandu is better. Did well with bat in 2019 WC and in wt20 2022. Although Yusuf Pathan would have played more games than he actually got under current set up.

Prabhdeep Singh Posted July 31, 2023 Posted July 31, 2023 Greatest Indian All rounders: I give test records more preference. R Jadeja Kapil Dev R Ashwin V Mankad I Pathan
Vijy Posted August 3, 2023 Posted August 3, 2023 yusuf pathan was a much more destructive bat than pandu, but the latter is a better bowler raki05 1
express bowling Posted August 4, 2023 Posted August 4, 2023 None of them are true allrounders. raki05, Suhaan and Vijy 3
Lone Wolf Posted August 4, 2023 Posted August 4, 2023 Irfan Pathan still remains second best pace bowling A/R since Kapil. With Pandu retired from Tests... It isn't even a debate anymore. raki05 1
