Ben Stokes says "Crawley was not out". Stokes has blamed the technology for getting this wrong.

Stokes blames the EVM hacking . It looked not out, but ball tracking show ball hitting and didn’t even show umpires call, which would have saved crawley

Factor in error percentage and decide how much the error % should be for a decision to be out or not in case of marginal calls.

 

Or decide the impact % for decision to be out or not out.

Umpires call will come if the ball is hitting stumps at more than 50%. For < 50% it is 100% accurate. So, there is no umpires' call there. Iski batti gul hain!

Broadcast camera showed all 3 stumps while the ball was on leg stump.
