Agni Chopra

Agni Chopra has become the first batter to score centuries in his first four first-class games after making his debut for Mizoram in the Ranji Trophy Plate League earlier this month.

 

Chopra has racked up scores of 105, 101, 114, 10, 164, 15, 166 and 92 in his first four Ranji games to average a whopping 95.87, that too with a strike rate of 111.80. He represented Mumbai Under-19 and Under-23 and he was suggested by his coach Khuspreet Singh to play for another team where he would "get playing time" to showcase his skills because of the tough competition in the Mumbai circuit.

He currently is the leading run scorer in Ranji with 939 runs in 6 matches sith 78.25 average with 5 100s and 3 50s

Nepo would be to enter movies using his dad's name. He has chosen a totally unrelated field. Movie business is like a proprietary business, so like any small business owner passing on his business to his kids, moviewallahs do the same. However, their crushing of artists outside this charmed circle is certainly a condemnable tactic. Live and let live should be the policy.

if he wants to do well and push for more, he should move to a "proper" ranji team

Playing against Arunachal Pradesh, Agni Chopra  scored 110 off 138 balls in the first innings and then went to hit 238 off 209 balls in a Plate Division match.

I know that but if he can generate interest in that area as he is playing for Mizoram, it would be great.

 

You don't have to be born in that area to generate interest.
