Not surprized one bit. That's majority of Pakistani for you in a nutshell - everything is about religion. It's either Hindus, Sikhs, Jews or Christians. They're either railing against them or ridiculing other religions. Be it their cricket players, ministers, celebrities or anyone else, the theme remains the same.

Happens when you lose to your arch-nemesis on a regular basis. They prepare and look forward to the India match for a year in advance, send players to army camp to do a ghazwa-e-hind, prepare for jihad before the game, and then the team goes phusss 

 

Better than watching the Indian team making Pak their bi@tches is the meltdown, and this comment from Akmal is part of it. Plus explaining time zones to those jahils is like "bhains ke aage been bajana". They probably think it's the same time in Pakistan and US (and everywhere in the world)

He used the reference/joke in a derogatory manner to make fun of Arshdeep and put down Sikh community. It was no different from Sohail Tanveer's "Hinduon ke zeheniyat" take. And he did it on a live TV show in front of thousands of audience. Shows you all about their upbringing and their level of thinking.

There're bunch of similar statements from their ministers and PCB folks as well. Their minister talked about "Islam ki jeet" and PCB head referred to India as "dushman mulk" before the last WC. Bunch of morons.

 

Even yesterday that idiot Waqar was gloating asking about what would happen if India loses to US. Wish Shastri or Gavaskar would've said once the match was won that they wouldn't mind seeing India losing to US. Or going "it would be good for Pak fans to see someone beat India coz Pak can't"
