Shubman gill should not be part of the team in the first place with his dismal average. He is just another poster boy version of KL Rahul. Anyway good for India that someone to replace him other than KL Rahul

Missed the 2021 Eng tour.

 

Got Dengue before WC and missed 3 games.

 

Got heatstroke in WC SF and had to leave his innings midway.

 

Missed Bangalore test.

Now this. 

 

He will miss Perth and pink ball test and will be back when things start to get easier.
