Pandya won us a WC, was probably second biggest factor behind Bumrah. Did well in 2016, '22 editions as well.

 

Thala and his glorious history in WT20s, everyone knows. Heck, apart from that WC final knock (third-best innings that day), what does he have to show in ICC tournaments? On top of that, as problematic as Pandya is, Thala is the biggest crook in Indian cricket after the Azhar/Jadeja fixing gang.

Thala never collected as many ducks as SKY. Earlier he used to show up in bilaterals, now he can't even do that.
