Hyeprsonic tech can be implemented in a variety of weapons including short range missiles, which is what Pak needs. Pak does not need the highly complex hypersonic weapon shown in the video. 
 

Pakistan has tactical short range missile low yield nukes as well if I recall correctly which can be fired from the battle field.
