I hope for god's sake Pakistan in its delulu maintains the boycott especially from the Pak govt.

 

That will give BCCI/ICC the green light to go ahead dismantling PCB "legally".

Others have to qualify. That means Bangladesh must play qualifiers.

 

I think Pakistan will be summarilly banned by Jay Shah and then Pakistan will approach ICC Court whose judge will be Jay Shah to unban them. And Judge Jay Shah will rule out that ban by ICC Jay Shah is correct

The issue isn’t abt copying it, BCCI or even ICC didn’t react harshly when PCB refused to visit India even though there isn’t a single internationally recognised terror threat against Pakistan operating in India.

 

BCCI continued to play Pakistan in international tournaments & kept its contractual obligations despite significant blowback at home.

What PCB folks resort to are blatant violation of rules & contracts by refusing the winner of a tournament it’s trophy & withdrawing days before a contracted game based on an unrelated issue.

Handshake decision was owned up as decision by the team by SKY.

 

Also claiming it’s a diktat by the govt. Is worse as it is political interference & grounds for sanctions. There is a reason why BCCI uses the govt. excuse only for security issues.

They are using their Lahori logic here equating Indian team not travelling to Pakistan to not playing India in neutral venue while wanting to play other teams in the same venue.

 

How do they come up with these gems.

I am just saying how it will play out. Even fan didn't want to play pakistan at that time. We are way too inconsistent when it comes to playing pakistan. No consistency across the sports. All started with legends league. They set the trend. Fans put Indian team on the spot. Even bhajji made a statement india shouldn't play Pakistan. Due to commercial reasons we played. They have to completely remove politics from sports. It is not like we started war with Pakistan 10 years ago.
