Every time Usman Tariq takes a pause, batsmen should be well within his rights to pull out of action/shot, do this everytime and he will get tired and frustrated to the core. Indians should start this and batsman all over the world will follow the lead.

while he is taking a pause..batter can go for a stroll..come back and then hit him..

 

or do uncoordinated bharatnatyam..in front of him..so he cant predict how batter is lining up to play him..if he keeps on waiting..then slow over penalty to Pak :D

He is not faster through the air or off the pitch. He is nt turning it sharply. 

 

if possible Batter need to hit him on the leg-side, have see batter getting out trying to hit him straight down because of the lack of pace and pause.

Employ sweeps and try reaching to the pitch of the ball.

Aravinda D Silva after a barrage of getting out to Kumble, made a mental adjustment and started to treat him like a medium pacer, I think we will have to play him like a Medium pacer, if he pause, pull out. That will frustrate Pakistanis, their captain, a couple of boundaries of him and they will be under pressure. I don’t find their other spinners a threat, but this guy has a novelty factor to him.

May be also occassionally try to play paddle shot too just waiting him to release the ball..That way you dont have to hit him hard on leg side just use whatever pace he has

He bowls dusra as well ,even if you watch his fingers it doesn't give you much clue,in Odis you have 2-3 overs to observe ,t20s the pace of the game and pressure adds to his novelty

So for RHBs leg side pre meditated shots can be risky,only way is  don't make pre emptive moves,just play off the pitch even 6+/7 rpo off his quota will be handful from our perspective

Don't have to let our ego take over,just play him sensibly

Coming back to bowlers and fielders,if we bowl first don't give freebies,field like cheetahs

Have seen of his games, batters needs to play on-side, he bowls the one that leaves the batter, can be spotted think there is a change in action.

 

Issue is the pause and slowness and because he does not bowl faster (he is mostly under 86 kmph), need to play him leg-side and if bowls that low arm bowl just play off side for LH batter.

 

The issues batters are finding is they are not in Power stance and trying to hit him straight, play leg side use full swing of the bat, right now this is the shortterm solution. As more data comes-up player will know which bowl he bowls and what ears to explore
