Sidhoni Posted December 19, 2012 Posted December 19, 2012 Don't worry guys, he won't be playing most probably..
Old guy Posted December 19, 2012 Posted December 19, 2012 no problem' date=' dont waste Shami. Let this bi@#h get murdered in t20's, who the f' cares.[/quote'] agreed :) moreover shami has wicket tacking balls dont htink he has mastered yorkers or slower balls need to pick bowlers on ability maybe in few years he will be ready for this t20 **** but right now its gonna harm him if he debuts here
The Outsider Posted December 19, 2012 Posted December 19, 2012 I mean literally WORST. Dont even know how to describe his bowling. He runs in like an thief running away from police and bowls like a man tripping over, when the foot lands on a banana skin. And then smiles like a shy girl when he is hit for a 4 or a six

namasteji1 Posted December 19, 2012 Posted December 19, 2012 Mithun laughing all the way to bank i guess-
jairamesh Posted December 19, 2012 Posted December 19, 2012 What are mithuns connections? There must be a under hand reason for his pick It's pretty obvious!! initially Balaji picked, got injured, Vinay Kumar called up, got injured, so Mithun gets called up. Fecking selection couldn't be any more blatantly bias from BCCI.
nevada Posted December 19, 2012 Posted December 19, 2012 For once the selectors got a perfect like for like replacement. Trundler replaced by trundler.
BERGKAMP Posted December 19, 2012 Posted December 19, 2012 For once the selectors got a perfect like for like replacement. Trundler replaced by trundler. this kunt is even a insult to trundlers
maniac Posted December 19, 2012 Posted December 19, 2012 I told you this day would come, when we would think it would be better to have Vinay in the team. There is a lot of thrash out there and beleive me Mithun is not the first or last
Sooda Posted December 20, 2012 Posted December 20, 2012 There is no similarity between this T20 Eng side and the test side, yes they are resting players but even a full strength Eng T20 XI is a very different one. Much mroe so than ours. When Mithun was picked for the squad I think poeple here gave the selectors far too much credit by alleging it is some kind of zonal bias. It is not, the selectors are just idiots, can not see the different skills required for different formats. Cant see that Dhoni, Mithun, and Chawla for sure are not necessarily T20 players (and Raina and Yuvraj are not test batsmen). Mithun is riding on the back of the one very good FC season he had for Karnataka a few years ago. Rahane has adapted well into one it seems, lets hope it has not come atthe expense of his all round longer format batting ability... Gambhir could have sat this out too IMO
Clarke Posted December 22, 2012 Posted December 22, 2012 Where's Irfan ? He was doing ok in LOIs :hmmmm:
NareshK Posted December 22, 2012 Posted December 22, 2012 Vinay Kumar is actually a very good bowler in T20s and has done well in ODIs too. It doesnt matter at what pace you bowl in T20s. It flies off the bat just as fast because the pitches are flat and batsmen are always going for the slog. What matters is control and variations and presence of mind to outguess the batsman. Otherwise the bowler will go for runs.
