Taskin, Sunny reported for suspect actions, coach Hathurusingha livid

The ICC officials have expressed their concerns about the bowling actions of Taskin Ahmed and Arafat Sunny being suspect, which has left the Bangladesh team livid. Their coach Chandika Hathurusingha informed reporters that his team had received written and official communication from the match officials that they were "concerned" the actions of the duo. He said, though, that the duo was free to play and bowl for the time being. However, they will have to now go for a test of their actions within seven days of the report, which leaves Chennai centre as their only option if they are to continue taking part in the World T20.*

I did have my doubts over Taskin's bowling action during Asia Cup. He was chucking blatantly.

I am surprised that it is happening at the start of the World Twenty20. Now, you will see whining from their fans that BCCI is behind this and the Indian team fears them.

No. Amin was ok after change in action. Taskin looked suspect too me.

Since reported, all they need to do is go to the testing centre and get actions cleared. If action suspect then they should be suspended, if action okay then carry on. Rules are there, and with respect to chucking they need to be enforced strictly. Chucking is no different from blatant cheating.  

Better to weed out the problem early then have questions linger around if they were chucking or not, like legacy of Murlitharan.

Taskin is a surprise. Well BD fans were born to blame it all on india, after all the last 2 games we lost to them by 45 runs n 9 wickets hence we just had to ban an avg bowlers like Taskin n sunny.

Picture doesn't quite show the bangladeshi guy releasing the ball. His blatant chuck happens in the next frames of the action. As for the Indian guy, that's just showing hyperextension....no evidence of chucking.

After so many years of watching cricket some people still don't know that STRAIGHTENING the arm after bending is chucking. So yeah showing still photos s the stupidest thing anyone can do
