Pak Test batting lineup looks good beyond Misbah nd Younis

Yeah it's time to phase them out and find invest in some new talents to find more Azhars and Asads.

It's good for the team that they dropped Hafeez forever and giving Aslam chance at right time.

Good stuff. I will go ahead and say this is one of Pakistan's finest display of batting in a long long time. Perhaps in the last 20 years. This includes the likes of anwar and sohail and all. I really like this unit. But let's give them some time. Let's see the consistency.

Another 58 Runs and still not out overnight alongside Younis Khan after the score was 2 wickets for 6 runs.

Should have been runout for a cheapie, but credit to him.  He's been the only one man enough to fight, while the rest of the Pak batsmen stain their chaddis against Aus.

Definitely the best test batsman for Pakistan at the moment. He is turning into a world class batsman. Nice to see him achieving his potential. We need few more batsman like him.

Genuine case to say that he is the best opener in test cricket at the moment.

Has a staggering year and tour to Australia.Has broken the long standing record of Gavaskar as well.

Run-out chances are normal with YK at the other end.

How quickly YK went from - he' an ATG!! to old man got to go.  Do you think he'll come clean about his actual age once he retires?

Maybe. But don't think so, His poor performance was expected particularly with ageing reflexes. I have never been a much of a YK fan but respect him for runs he has scored in Test Cricket. His batting methods are not convincing, His limited ability as a batsman is evident from his poor Limited Overs record.
