Sourav Ganguly warns Virat Kohli to not go by home form. Sadly, does not see things changing! Morris' inclusion good for SA

Just thinking - Is there anything that anybody at all can do if Kohli keeps playing Dhawan? Is there any one who can talk sense into him (or even dare talk to him)?

KOhli is not myopic. he is just sold out. He gives 2 hoots about indian cricket. I feel there is some wheeling dealing going on too, and then obviously if you are in the good books, you will already be in the team.

Having one of the best bowlers of all time out is not a blessing. Chris Morris is one batsman, he may or may not come off with bat and ball. Steyn was guaranteed nightmare for ALL our batsmen

Kohli is just too practical, don't think he analysis any number or even think of quality of the opposition, he thought dhawan and Rohit in prime form by scoring against minnows Lanka would do wonders in south Africa he didn't analysis their numbers or performance in sa at all hence dropped guys like rahane who averages 70 in africa,  I suggest he should sit down for a moment and follow what kiwis are doing, their management is spot on, nearly all cricket fans in kiwiland wants southi  out of the odi team but they brought back southi against  Pakistan on record which averages 25 against Pakistan and now he is performing for them.

I dnt think he is practical, he is just seeing with one eye

Dhawan , rohit , rahane all has qualities but a lot of limitations as well 

Dhawan n rohit doesnt have much to do well in testing conditions

Rahane doesnt have the Odi game

 

But he thinks they have quality so they ll do well , thats just  being plain  blind  coz their are facts also that oppose his ideas

By practical I mean form of dhawan  and Rohit he was banking on but I kind agree with you, rahane do has limitations but he also gives better confidence of success than Rohit n dhawan in sa, rahane in Odis is big no I say kick him out of the odis.
