The beauty of this game is its simplicity. Changes like the one you mentioned, for example, would require me to watch every ball. Happy to debate it though.

Bat - Virat, Pujara and Vijay (1st to 3rd choice) Bowl - Shami (if not picked then Bumrah) Fielder - Karthik (if not picked then Rahane) Honestly though....the match will most likely be a washout.
