Rahane has been in dogsh!t form for quite some time now, like I a said before the series, rahane deserved to be dropped but some biased and blinded posters kept on crying about his exclusion and some idiots (YES IDIOTS of the highest order) even made threads about rahane being the best Indian overseas batsman and how kohli was wrong in dropping him.  The simple fact is that there isn't a single world class batsman in this batting lineup except King Kohli and barring the king everyone is droppable. Here have an egg on your face

Great , too bad even after all that his average in the last 1 year is less than 35, so why don't you explain why he averages so low

No denying Rahane has bad form but it takes one innings for you in this series to call others idiots who opposed Kohli not playing Rahane in this series.

To be fair Kohli just got lucky today. Got two lives. And else nobody did good. Also the one player who you think is waste Pujara is the only one who scored apart from kohli.

On the basis of curent form he deserved to be dropped.

But if we looked at home and away as two different criteria, he has  a case to be made

What about sharma? Didn't I say in the OP that there is no world class batsman in this team except kohli? Everyone is droppable, rohit came into this series with good form but was exposed quickly and hence dropped, both rahane and rosh!t are bad, we don't have any options

Exactly why that was poor captaincy. Rahane has a proven track record of performing in SA. Instead Kohli preferred NoH!ts numbers in India against SL. 

 

He ruined the team by doing exactly what u said, dropping people apart from himself. The guy want to prove anyone can be dropped apart from him. He continues this way as a captain his days are numbered. He's a prolific batsmen, no questions but as a captain he's appalling.
