Both are average. Especially gurbani is mediocre.

The nature of experience means it's hard for young players to be better than average. Gurbani is very raw, but there's something about him that i like. i'd like to see more young indians being given a chance.

but i suppose if root can't get picked it's hard for these boys.

Fleming says, "This year we have really valued experience. Around the world if you see, experienced players are doing well. MS and I are both on the same wavelength on that count. Young players come and go. We wanted to go for tried and tested players who have done well under pressure. Yes, that was the plan." -- An interesting way to explain CSK's fetish for players who're closing in on their post-retirement benefits.

:phehe:

Don't really understand their strategy. CSK are usually very smart during auctions. They're banking too much on their 2015 core of Dhoni-Jaddu-Faf-Bravo-Raina to come good. They don't look as formidable on paper like before.

RCB bowling sucks this season too.

Woakes, N Saini, Khejrolia, Aniket Choudhary, Chahal, legend Grand de homme. Decent if Indian youngsta beauties do well.

They will play most of their matches in Chinnaswamy. These youngsta beauties will get hammered there. Only the top T20 bowlers can bowl well here. Someone like Starc. Only Chahal is a good bowler in this squad.

Chinnaswamy had better pitch last year.
