I guess so that it's easier relatively for our bowlers to get them out, Kohli was certainly looking for a win.

An interesting point from Mazher Arshad on Twitter, "CSA should be hoping play happens tomorrow. If it is abandoned then very likely the pitch will be declared UNFIT and the Wanderers will be banned for 12 months. The ground is due to host one ODI, T20I vs India and a Test v Australia. Might not able to host PAK next season either. If it is declared unfit and there is a same offence in the next 5 years then under the new ICC rules it will result in 10 demerit points which equates to 24 months ban."

This is because whether game go on or not, they raised an issue which could have been kept under the bed had they not made a big deal out of it. Now even if the game goes on, which it will as it looks like, India and many will talk shyt abou the pitch after the game is done and dusted. I hope a big deal is made after the test is done.

 

It will be nice to see INdia win and then say, you gave us a shyt pitch, yet we won. Now ban this ground. It was a shyt pitch.

First we need to win tomorrow, hopefully no more dropped catches. But you are right, after the expected win players, experts, fans, media should moan and whine, create ruckus all around about the pitch. For far too long Asian (esp Indian) curators have been unfairly targeted by a certain section who promote a certain type of wicket as ideal. We need to challenge that biased narrative and put some heat on the hypocrites.

Abe jeetne de pahele. It is not a cake walk. Half a bad session and the game could easily run away with DeVilliers & Faf beating the snot of our of misdirected balls. India has to bowl well and in the right areas. I hope players do not come out with a complacent mind set, but with a plan to execute.

Yes, De villiers is key. That fiy in th first session first day took us apart even with 3 wickets down. He and Amla will test our bowlers.

 

But we need to keep attacking.

you know he will come out guns blazing and does have the ability to take the game away. He is not the type to do tuk-tuk on this wicket. I hope the drama from day 3 about the oitch hopefully fires the team and the come out destroying their whole line up. That is all I hope.

 

I feel Bumrah will be the pick of the bowlers today with his awkward action and ability generate good unplayable bounce.

We were so robbed of that momentum. We had them by the scruff but those incompetent umpires forced us to release the hold as soon as Saffers were suffocating.

Elgar withering in pain felt so unnatural. I feel he was in pain initially but kept rubbing his forehead and acting all shaken for longer time than required.

Either ways, I wouldn't go so far as to call Saffers cowards. They did what anyone would have done when offered the option to walk away.

But this event should be investigated irrespective of the match outcome.Why did the umpires decide to call the day off when the ball did not misbehave?

South Africa have themselves fallen in the Hole they Dug for India, They should either forfeit a victory or continue playing, now if only our Dumb@asses had shown some spine in the first test 2nd innings and chased down that 207, this test would have been a real historical one

Good one... We need to teach Africans a lesson of their own medicine. They targeted to hit our batsman and hit our batsman.. Now it's their turn to get hit.. Why are they crying. 

I wasn't wearing shoulder guard.. I got hit.. I had a red mark under my hand but within 4days it recovered. 

When u get hit.. Ice makes it recover very fast. 

Bcos of getting hit we don't stop games.. Yes we definitely think of wearing chest guard and I wore arm guard once too but v don't run away from matches. 

We do play on under prepared pitches sometimes.

If I was faf.. I would have tried my best for a win and even if my team would have lost.. I would have won the respect of so many. 

Once u wear good protection.. Good protective gear.. You don't get hurt as chest guard protects a lot n hip guards too.. Only gloves that v use are not too good. 

Amla wore protective padding on gloves too.. That was cowards.. He will spoil his game. 

Cowardly groups never win games. 

Go shammi Ishant bumrah and even hardik... Beat them and if they try to resist break them.
