Stupid captaincy from Kohli, Ishant bowls well to Cook and Ashwin to lefties.Should have opened with them instead of the other bozos who have totally ruined the new ball.

he has mostly bowled good length, check hawkeye data.

Didn't look at Hawkeye. Mostly relies on my eyes. His 3rd over was a bit better. Can you give me the data for first two overs. I am lazy.

England bowled gun barrel straight for the first 10 overs of their innings too

But the main argument wasnt even batsmen were good or not. I am saying they got all the blame when bowlers were equally bad and couldn't even match 50% of the opposition bowlers.

There's definitely argument to be made that we'd never win that test, under such extreme contrast in conditions. However would the Edgbaston loss be also blamed on bowlers? There's (non)contribution from both bat and bowl, when we lose a test. But batters have consistently outdone themselves, in looking meek, playing shite and throwing their wickets away. I'd say 3 out of 4 tests were lost because of batting, just this year.

We'll come back stronger after the break, need to operate Ishant and Ash in tandem for a while. Bumrah is bowling the wrong length while Shami isn't good enough with the brand new cherry.

@Gollum you watching this sh!t show. There is no excuse for this kind of bowling even if there was a dropped catch. In second Test match, Buttler dropped twice off Woakes but the bowler was still able to create second chance because he knew the conditions were in favor of bowlers. We are 2-0 down because of our bowlers not batsmen.

You are saying that to make Rahul look less bad. We are 0-2 down because of batsmen and catching. Bowlers deserve blame for Lord's but the main culprits were batsmen. They couldn't last 80 overs across 2 innings and you say we lost because of bowlers? What about Edgbaston then? Can't they chase 190 in 4th innings? Are you forgetting the dropped catches especially by Dhawan that would have removed Curran at 107/7....still blame bowlers?
