Read that he was caught early in his career.

Wrong. He was reported in 2015 but cleared. His action was found to be well within the limits.

However he hadn’t bowled the doosra back then

Brilliant strategy by Pak. Pick a tiring old ready to retire bloke, make him bowl with suspect action. Win series. By the time ICC wakes up, they would win series after series.

I looked at his bowling highlights in slow motion replays and his action is fine.

You should watch them before making these claims.

he meant chucking from rest of world point of view, not pakistani standards.

Or may be he never gets reported and keep up accumulating run outs instead of wickets aka Ashwin way

Ashwin really? the bloke has one of the cleanest actions ever. Now if you had said Bhajji or Ojha

Bilal has been in Pak squad for last one year for series against SL and why didn't he make his debut earlier? The reason is simple that if he had made his debut against SL, He would have been already exposed and got reported but Pak kept him for the series against Australia so they can defeat a better team through his chucking services

Why have Australia filled their team with new batsmen having low FC averages  !

Their selectors are worse than ours. Although admittedly they don't really have a lot of options these days .
