If we remove the 250-notout, his average is 35ish.. Link to comment

Lacking perspective. He is playing at home. Isnt he? Most Indian openers will do well at home if we give them a debut there. Situation is not comparable with Vijay and Rahul. Vijay is on his last leg and Rahul playing his 3rd test in Aus overseas. people are comparing home versus overseas.
