You're seriously overestimating your own ability to understand the powers of Union govt, don't you? If the GoI doesn't issue visas how do you suppose anyone will travel abroad or in India? Where does the Court come into this? If this is a national policy even then BCCI can do nothing at all.

It's time to stop subsidizing a colonial era relic. We can play all cricket bilaterally anyway. The only thing we will lose is the WC, but that can be replaced by a longer IPL or an alternative WC of boards which we either break away from the ICC or which we help develop ourselves. It will just take a little time.

However the focus should have been on article 370 etc or taking out terror camps across the border but we are back to discussing a fake ban on these amazingly talented artists from Pak and discussing if we have to play Pak in a World Cup game.
