Bhai yeh bhi soch ke batana ki woh jo 40 mare the Pulwama mein , aapki kya umeed hai kisi sarkar se ki unki families ko kya milna chahiye. Fir compare karenge aapki expectation aur reality se.

ispe bhi discuss karein ki NDA jaana chahiye ki nahi. JNU degree deta hai unko:hysterical:

Here Dhoni doing ad for Officer's choice blue snacks

Salute toh Banta hai boss! :giggle:

Promoting an alcohol brand (implicitly using honorary position in the army) - no one bats an eyelid...

Ask him to not wear those gloves - everybody loses his mind.

Who actually knows what symbol stands for? ICC turds are not that knowledgeable.

Least, its a case of ICC is being influenced by agenda of Pakistani ISPR.

Shame on ICC for doing politics

BCCI has to work within the guidelines and rules. Which rule did he break I am still not sure of.

I agree with your decision/suggestion but how do you decide what moves to chit chat and what does not?

Thats the point. Rule should be applicable to ICC too. They can not make knee jerk Pakistani ISPR reactions and make statement on behalf of them

Few who knows me would testify that I am a patriotic person but there is a time and place for everything. World cup is not a place to make needless controversies. It would just add extra pressure on rest of the team, Kohli need to justify it on press conference etc. Even though I am his fan, MS Dhoni would serve the nation better if he scores some runs with the bat rather than antics like this. If he really wants to pay homage to the army, win India few matches and dedicate the wins to Indian army. That sounds much better. And if he is missing army so much, let Pant play and he can take a break to spend few days with Army.

We simply don't need any controversy at this stage

I agree. Is there a rule or a bylaw that Dhoni is breaking? If there is one please point it out.

This is a message to all Indian fans who want to play Pakistan. See how they stabbed India in the back.

Pakistani will not let any opportunity to create controversy. BCCI should be very clear that ICC can not continue with absurd demands.

Those blaming it on MSD to create "controversy" are coneveniently forgetting that its ICC which is making a controversy. PCB noise should have been outrightly rejected by ICC

He's a pauji through and through. Balidaan. Standing up for those that were martyred and remembering them. He knows very well they would now be watching the cricket if not for the dastardly terror attack. Proud of you skip. BCCI better stand up for our golden boy.

The same idiots who say Dhoni should keep it on the gloves are the same people who'd throw a fit if Pakistani's were doing this.

Not really. They are welcome to stand by their army which is the pride of their country even if so many have been eliminated by our jawans in counter operations.  Of course if they idolise terrorists and terror groups (which they have done), it's a different story and unacceptable.

Couple of points need to be made clear and many posters have mentioned it but yet the there is some misunderstanding.

- Dhoni isn't trying to show any Nationalistic feeling here. He is just trying to show off his liking for Indian Army, he has in the past and still does, worn and carried Camo cricket related equipments. Infact he has kept the wickets for India with camp gloves on many occasions. He just likes to show off, be it fashionable or liking for Indian military, whichever way you want to put it. He is in no way trying to promote any message here which many might assume.

- ICC is well within their right to ask him to not wear the logo. This is because other players from around the globe might misuse the law and start using to their advantage in the future and it can become messy situation for ICC to handle and they could be in a situation where they are called BCCI's puppets. To avoid such scenario, we must honor the request. It does make sense.
