has been an absolute beast at home & against lower ranked teams. A bit off in SENA though. Assume, the arrival of Bumrah has helped Shami & Ishant a lot, which underlines the  benefit of being  in a strong bowling unit. On a side note , this exactly reveals as to  how better Kapil dev  as a bowler  has been when compared to his plain average.

Yup RP was deceptively quick , even nehra hit 149 in 2003 wc.....but such speeds werent regular for them . They hit them when they were in top rhythem

RP was mostly around 135-142k

Yes, Javagal "I can bowl at 150 kph bro" Srinath is hovering at 127-128 kph below, he's not the Rajdhani express people thought but more like Mangala mail train which stops at random villages. Still a fine seam bowler.

This was Srinath's last year in international cricket.  Just like most fast bowlers, he too had lost pace at the end.

 

In fact,  loss of pace was the reason he cited for his retirement.  He did not prolong his career at a reduced pace.

 

Ganguly on Srinath's retirement plans in 2002 ----

" Yes, he told me that he could not bowl at the pace he was used to and that he was not enjoying playing. But I told him that with age, every great fast bowler lost a few yards of their pace but they made up for it by concentrating more on variety "

PS: Srinath was coming back from injury in 2002 but bowled up to 143 in WC 2003. He was faster than Akram in that WC.
