Rishab Pant played shyt and was average at best as a wicket  keeper even though he took a  brilliant catch in the end.

Kohli sucked even more through out this series. Pant needs to find maturity in batting. He is being given chances in test now, he must make it count.

Pant is the biggest liability for Indian cricket.  Bigger liability than Asstri-Kohli duo.  U heard it right.    These type of players devalue the Indian cap, much more than players like Dube do.

Chadarmods giving chances to Saha in the easy home games and making Pant scapegoat on these juicy NZ pitches.

Yes it will be harsh on Pant if he gets dropped (which he will be)

But while we were criticizing TM and Choker Kohli,he got quite a number of opportunities in between, 45%of that criticism is not unwarranted,i have been endorsing for his place in xi for long but the idiot botched almost every opportunity he got,he should remember there are no friends or well wishers dwelling there, just make whatever little opportunity he gets count

Biggest injustice done to him was getting dropped for hime tests against weaker opponents, had he played those he would have certainly scored runs and gained confidence, but this TM won't do him any favours he should know this by now and buckle up

Yup. Pant hasnt done himself any favors despite getting chances here and there. Look at how Iyer grabbed the opportunity with both hands. That's the attitude required to succeed. If you are afraid of failing, you can't win.

But it's absolutely better than fatherly figure lunges.MSD.jpg.0030ee6b8fb0155c973da7dd1f1657a6.jpg

Much better than Ailiaaa getting out LBW. He is scared for his life and ducking like a chicken :hysterical:.  Always getting owned by McGrath

Biggest frustration with Pant is he isnt even playing his natural game and getting out. He just plods along for a few overs , gathers a couple of singles and just nicks it behind.

If that's what he gonna a offer when under pressure it's far better to just stick with Saha who is atleast a fighter and far better keeper.
