How does South Africa keep producing world class match winners?

How does South Africa keep producing these awesome world class talents? 
 

So many of their players have been lost to England because of KOLPAK yet they keep producing amazing replacements for them. 

 

Just recently, they lost Duanne Olivier to KOLPAK but already have a great replacement in Anrich Nortje. 

 

Even in the domestic scene, they have some outstanding guys waiting to play such as Wiaan Mulder, Janneman Malan, Kyle Verreynne etc. 

 

How is the system so good!!?

Olivier...is he the pace bowler?

The same who did well against SL?

If a school is well off ,  it will have a soccer, cricket and rugby grounds.

 

South african indian schools have soccer and cricket pitches ( no rugby is present ) 

whites will have rugby, soccer and cricket pitches

Blacks will have soccer grounds and rarely cricket pitches

 

but now with intergration everyone is can try out for the different sports at different schools

In pace bowling yes, there is an abundance. One goes, another puts up his hand.

 

But how many world class batsmen have South Africa produced in last 8-10 years.  Faf Du Plesis was the last genuinely good batsmen they had, but even he has regressed in Tests in recent times.

 

Having said that, you have to give them credit for making the most of what they have. They keep coming back from the brink despite losing players to Kolpak system.

Same bowler looked hapless in India including rabadaa

SA have another looming fast bowler that might make it into the scene in the next few years , Gerald Coetzee.

 

but yes batsmen is far and few , SA is just hanging in there. Alot of players are hungry for success due to the IPL and riches it brings.

I don't think you have talented batsmen who are ready to take spots of Amla and ABDV right now.Are there any talented batsmen coming up who will be ready in next five years.

England have always poached talents from all over the World.

 

What an irony that NZ lost the WC 2019 to England due to the innings of a New Zealander playing for England.

That’s okay. Mayank is nearly 29 as well. Still can have 5-6 years of international cricket.

 

Credit to Dussen though, despite such good domestic record, he did not go the Kalpak route.

Coetzee was trundling last u19 world cup in 120s. Fraser Jones was quicker, iirc.
