The bigger point would be personal glory for a lot of these youngsters because many will give up cricket for various reasons, a lot of people forget that even if you have talent there are other reason why you may not want a career in cricket. I just watched the last few overs but looked like they gave away too many extras and was surprised they weren't attacking in the end when only wickets would have saved them.
