Yes , now it can't happen but there was option till last  year Duanne Olivier moved last year and many would probably would have joined   if there was no IPL and other 20-20 leagues which provides them opportunity for some decent income

I watched this match. SA played well until the 16th over. They lost it in the 17th over which conceded 25+ runs. Eng needed 50 runs in 4 overs. Maybe DeKock should have used his main bowlers to bowl the 17-19 overs and used the medium pacer in the last over. If the lead bowlers bowled well, Eng's RRR would have climbed and resulted in a few wickets lost. Anyway Eng have a short tail. Even Rashid has a century in county cricket. Eng have the batting riches at the moment.
