I think Gill and Jadeja are a must.. The toss up between Vihari vs KL could go either way... Ideally, Vihari should get 1-2 more games and if he fails, then KL replaces him...

And that also means Gill opens the innings

Honestly I feel vihari can open. Remember he did a really good job in 2018. He defends well. 

 

Rahane chutiya needs to man up and bat at 4 or else this will be his last series. 

 

Gill at 5 and pant at 6. Rahul middle order. 

 

Jaddu Bhai and Ashwin gives us quality depth as they can add extra 40 50 runs or more if they are on.

Unless he bowls or is given the ball, it’ll be difficulty to hold his lower order batsman place against a decent allrounder..

 

If he can bowl, he needs to work on it. It’ll help his cause.

Vihari is young so it'll be a set back for him..  But for how long Saha will continue to suck in SENA?  Saha is already 36..  Chewt** TM still played him in D/N test over Pant when everyone knew how this was gonna end.

Right...but it is not like we lost the match because of saha and him being dropped will change everything . The loss was a complete team effort.

 

Saha should not have been picked for the test in the first place.

Not just save, they are allowing him to flourish despite zero performance for almost 3 years. First one didn't carry, impossible to dive full length to side and also front to take those. Starc's drop was tough, anyway didn't cost us much. Bumrah, Shaw dropped Labu and Mayank's reprieve to Paine proved to be costly.

He did drop an important catch of Paine, he was one of the main reason why the lead was cut down substantially. Bumrah, Shaw, Agarwal & then Saha all dropped catches which should've been taken especially by the so called best "specialist keeper" in the world.
