Ct final vs a world cup league stage match where we were table toppers.

That's a nobrainer.

Secondly i asked you to stick to captaincy for your own benefit. The guy's a 54 averaging batsman who made  600 runs the last time he toured england and also 600+ when england toured India.

That is enough beat down.

This. Some people never learn.

I think OP meant they own him in terms of his captaincy flaws which I agree.

 missing this comedy

I will be back once we win this series, no worries.

As of now the playing field is not levelled too many moaning idiots out there to handle.

Also the record that you quoted above now reads

Ind won - 8

Eng won - 4

And will be 9 to India after this test.

As I said

Kohli had his fair bit share of luck last time with 3-4 catches being dropped, first one was off Andu's bowling by Malan, Had he caught that, things could have been different with pressure mounting on him. Anyway, he is master of scoring soft runs, will score this time, too.

nah man credit where it is due though, you still have to make the runs despite dropped chances and lives in a place like England. For someone with his limitations to do it through sheer force of will is commendable. I wouldn't bet against him yet.

Likewise, he was very unlucky in 2013 series too. Whenever he played and missed, it caught edge. It all evens out. Anyway, I remember the dropped catches were all in one innings, that too after he scored 50. Don't get why some try to downplay that series. I would say individually, that series was better than all of Sachin's.

That 2018 series was legendary. The kind pressure he was in before the start of the series with English media and even us Indian fans doubting his 'greatness', yet he pulled it off.
