End of the road for Stuart Broad?

Doesn’t look like even fluking the wicket.

He might still perform here and there in England but what’s the point, they have a huge bench strength.

They already have 1 veteran in Anderson. Woakes has played enough cricket already.

Time to say bye bye Broad.

Did he not create two opportunities v Gill (chance to Stokes and lbw on umpire’s call) :hmmmm:

Stuart broad in English conditions is always threatening.  But experience wise our is the best. Jofra is not that consistent either. The new bowler in Chennai did look good though.

Can happen to even parttimers. Looks very harmless

@maniac Are you on ECB payroll. Did they hire you as jinx specialist.

Barbie Broad needs to send me some £££ if my jinx makes him perform better.  That’s the only shot he has. Otherwise done.

He did well in Aus better than Andy. Again wait for the series to be over than jumping the gun. There;s a reason why they are playing both Andy and Broad in this match. It is because of pink ball test. usually they don't play together in Asia due to rotation policy.

Broad to take a 5-fer tomorrow now.

Yeah it always happens. Tonight he was saying Archer is not worth the hype. the next over he got the wicket of Gill and one gets two as Pujara left immediately. maniac has a black tongue :eviltongue:

He looked harmless 2 tests back to back

he created opportunities in last match too. Foakes dropped a catch Iirc.

Pacers are barely taking any wickets since second chennai test, I won't judge Broad based on this. He was very good in South Africa last year and followed it with a great summer at home. He might have another great summer in store

Its fun to watch him when he has that spring in his steps, happened when he was last sidelined in their home tests. Bowls with some venom and every ball is a small event.

Like I noted earlier, Stuart Broad with his 500 wickets, looks a fraction of the bowler Ishant is every time he bowls in this part of the world. On the last England tour, Ishant looked considerably more threatening than Broad in his own conditions.

Ishant was going 5.2 rpo in first innings
