Had it in the morning. Felt normal till evening, then feverish at night, also fatigued. Was worse the next day, spent most of the day lying down, that night onwards I started feeling better and next day no more fever/fatigue. But the place where they put the injection, my left arm, that area was sore for 4-5 days, tender, reddish spot, slight bump,  pain whenever I touched it. Bump remained for a week but pain gradually reduced and became non-existent after a week.

My brother got covishield 2 days back - pain/stiffness near injection site and no fever.

Mom - covaxin , fever and body ache for 3-4 days after 1st dose and no side effects after 2nd dose.

Dad- covishield, no side effects after either dose.

Edit me: haven't got vaccinated.

Got the 1st  - covishield last week

Slight fever for 1-2 days

Body pain for a few days.

Mild headache for a few days( may not be related to vaccine ) .

Husband had mild fever one night .Mild discomfort at the injection point.

Parents ,in laws....had both. Covishield ....no fever ,no discomfort.

Brother and brother in law ....no fever, no pain .

Sis in law...fever and pain for a week.

Sister...covaxin. No fever no pain

Most elderly in the family have had both doses of covishield and most had very little fever or discomfort.

Fever, Pain, Discomfort is a good thing. That means it is working and generating antibodies. Much better than intubation and a tube down your throat.

Both my parents were down with fever for around 36 hours after 1st dose of Covishield. My mom also vomited the first night and experienced general feeling of nausea the next day, dad had a sore arm for a relatively long time. Dad also got his second dose, no side effect post that.....mom will get hers by the end of this month.

None of my relatives, neighborhood elders who got both shots of Covishield suffered any side effect post second dose. At least in my circle not aware of folks who got Covaxin shot.

@Mariyam you got both shots!!!!! That's real quick, did you manage via the app or some camp? 'And what was the gap between the 2 doses?

The Mr manufactures select APIs for a range of OTC drugs and Nutraceuticals. He, his workforce and dependants were eligible for the doses since end of Feb. That's roughly when I got my first dose. Got the second one at the begining of this month.

Apart from a sore arm, and a sharp headache ( could also be because I tried watching a few mins of Radhe) I was totally fine.

I too got 1st dose of Covishield along with my wife, her cousin and her brother. All of us got fever, body pains, fatigue for 1-2 days.

My brother-in-law and myself had this weird mild headache for another 1-2 days. It felt like somewhere in the middle of the upper part of my head. Felt little numb as well. Never experienced such a headache before. So it has to be the vaccine.
