Knew all along, comes here when India loses and trolls. One of those Baki Rao types

cricket ok it makes sense because honestly Pakistan is still competitive and might beat us once in a while but trolling india for hockey and that too for women’s hockey team losing in semifinals, that is a new low. I mean how pathetic does that look.

They are pathetic. Let them have their few mins of laughter because they don't have much to laugh about

TOI headline. so typical Indian middle-class. When I heard he entered final, first thoughts were the same . Gold mila to accha, kam se kam Silver to milega hi

Ravi Dahiya pins Sanayev to storm into Olympic final, assured of at least a silver medal

I think he faces russian guy who beat Iranian... Russian guy looked like he could be beaten by Dahiya. I mean didn't look like a better wrestler or anything... infact muscle strength wise Dahiya could be stronger.

tomorrow by difficulty

favourites - phogat, should be in final. if fails, should be a repechage contender at worst.

almost even but slight favourites - india vs germany, deepak punia bronze

not favourites but decent chance - dahiya

tough - sonam malik, super young

going by rankings etc,

it should be

phogat - final qualify confirming silver/gold

india win bronze

deepak wins bronze

dahiya loses, gets silver

sonam crashes out

hope it is better than this. pray it isnt worse.

Looks very similar to the Kazakh guy. Ravi Kumar and Deepak Punia were apparently preparing in Russia before the Olympics just for this. Hopefully he has this guy's number now.

Right, fight between Kazakh guy from Ravis semis vs russian finalist

Despite a poor show by Shooters and Archers and an underwhelming show by Boxing contigent (needed 2 medals at least) we are still in race to touch double digit medals.

4 confirmed

4 bronze contentions - M and W Hockey, Anshu Malik, Deepak Punia

4 chances - Bajrang, Vinesh, Neeraj and Aditi Ashok.

12 in the best case scenario.

Lets hope we touch 10.

Aditi Ashok no 2 after first round in golf. How many rounds more? Any idea golf enthusiasts. What are her chances.. she has been creating waves recently

4 rounds, and taking a lead today or stayijg in top 5 will be crucuial. If she does that, it will be just the battle between top 10 players then as otherw will have hard time catching up to her and Korda.

I am feeling good about her chances.

It seems Uguev is a wily wrestler and is the world champion in this weight category. he uses his diminutive size to get under and goes for the legs of the opponent. He hasn't lost since 2019. Ravi wouldn't be taking him lightly as he was one of the opponents that has lost to him on the way. If Ravi does win, he definitely deserves the gold. Right now, I'm seeing him as the underdog. The pressure is all on Uguev to win it. Ravi will give his best shot

even the russians who play are all ethnic dagestani/kazakh etc not white russians.

Not all. These Dagestanis are recent entrants, historically other ethnicities (all proper white, those from Caucasus region aren't considered as white by majority Russians) from Russia have dominated the sport.

The GOAT is Aleksandr Karelin, 887-2 record

Next Putin @velu?
