He is still taking some other youngster's place. If he wasn't Kohli's friend, he wouldn't be playing period. And it always amazes me that he was dropped in last match, comes back and gets the new ball. Even Holding was against it. Bumrah and Shami today were exceptional. Even Siraj pitches it up and makes the batsmen play more often than not unlike Ishant wide and short. If Eng were in a better postion, it would be cut away for fours.

We won the match when Kohli stopped giving Ishant the ball. Wasted crucial overs at the end. He was pretty ordinary
