They way the runs are being made makes you wonder what is the purpose of having Pujara and Rahane.

 

So mediocre, embrassment to Indian batting legacy.

 

Other batters are getting under more pressure due to their mediocre game.

 

Kohli needs to play Ashwin or an extra batsmen, this batting line up is getting worse.

 

India currently relying on Rohit (1st year as opener overseas) and KL (who is 4th choice opener).

gavaskar saying england are a team of just 2 and and a half men before this match was uncalled for. That's pretty much the England team talk done after the way they lost the previous one.

I wonder what Sunny thinks of Rahane now. will still probably come out defending him to the hilt. there's an article in cricinfo where rathod pretty much said that they won't drop him in the near-term (and perhaps long-term too).
