As for batting I dont mind Hitman and Shaw, but think that KL will still be kept as opener. Shaw at 3, seems to disrupt the Indian batting order the least. This is my XI if I could pick it. Hitman Shaw Mayank Kohli (this arsehole has to be in it regardless) KL Pant Ash Thakur Shami Bumrah Siraj The top of the order is strengthened, the middle order is strengthened and we have two new bowlers in Ash and Thakur. This is a team that can win the 4th Test. Thats being both an optimist and a realist.

Jadeja's bowling is a bonus. Mayank in place of Rahane. Promote Jadeja over Pant, as he can defend better. Use Pant as an aggressive counter attacker lower down.
