Anyone who consumes sharaab is sharaabi, charas is charsi and people use this bhangi word light heartedly when some acts high. Arresting someone for this? What has India come to? as if gender biased laws and IPC 498 was not enough. First you glorify drugs in the name of Gods, then cry when others even drop a hint and call you by that name.

This SC/ST act has been largely misused, but opinion is divided as it also saves a lot of lives in rural areas , serves as a deterrent . There are cases of this act applied by Some caste people being spurned or rejected by UC girls.
