wanted_desi
His reaction for that missing 50 was priceless even when team was already on verge of winning, his own words these milestones means nothing to him. It was his partner's inning which was more impactful for winning the match. Lol Worthy! He is so Done. DarkProfile and nevada 2 Link to comment

Texan
Water is above the surface now. He can't even buy a run in the IPL, let alone play match winning innings. How can we trust him to perform in a World T20 at an important spot like number 3? If selectors are going to willling ignore this, it's high time for Ganguly to step in and ensure that Virat is dropped. Kohli is now a pathetic shadow of his former glorious past and can't keep living on his former glory. Austin 3:!6 1 Link to comment
Vilander
It's over its done. He is doing basic muscle memory mistakes and not taking the effort to play to the pitch consistantly or not able to sustain it in spite of wanting to. Link to comment
sage
What do you think they discuss in a selectors meeting or is the topic of kohli just ignored? Link to comment

nevada
Even his cheerleader now says Kohli needs a break. Sounds as if Kohli is being forced to play against wishes but it is Kohli who doesn't want to take a break from looting the RCB franchise. Virat Kohli is overcooked, needs a break, says Ravi Shastri. putrevus
If he wants a second innings of his career, it would be wise for him to take a break and go back to domestic cricket.Nothing wrong in it every player goes thru it, he is complicating things. sarchasm 1 Link to comment
sarchasm
This third rate cricketer had 3-4 years of outsized batting output in tests and been mediocre on either side of that so-called peak. Even in ODIs, his entire claim to fame is built on cheap, meaningless runs in bilaterals and cool-cool trophies that were worth little more than fermented pakhana. A total dud in T20s. His record in the world's premier T20 competition - IPL - speaks for his singular lack of talent and grit. Link to comment
putrevus
Moronic idiots don't understand what these guys are going thru playing in these constant bubbles.Every player is different and how they cope with these bio bubbles is also going to be different. This guy Kohli has not been the same since these bio-bubbles started ,as Shastri said these guys need to be shown empathy. You need to find better excuses. Kohli hasn’t been the same because he is getting old, so many professional players in the world in every sport decline the same way Kohli did around this age. He looks like on wrong side of 30s now. Even you are **** at your job, you will always feel exhausted. Link to comment

No one is offering any excuse. This guy's performance dropped off from a cliff since 2020.You don't decline like this guy has declined. It is not normal. It started since the bio bubbles started. You are SO cute. His form dropped off a cliff in 2020, hmm? And he was absolutely plundering runs before that, do you say? Kohli debuted in 2011 - and before his form took off in 2016 - he averaged a below par 44 in 41 tests since his debut. He was basically Rahane. If you take out his 4 outsized years in tests - 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019- Virat averages 39 in 8 out his 12 years in test cricket. Bottomline? His peak is an anomaly, his mediocrity is the norm. Majestic
Kohli basically had Amla level test career. Great peak between 2016-19 and mediocre outside that. Amla also had great peak between 2010-14 and mediocre outside that. sage 1 Link to comment
mishra
Kohli can make it 1000 days without a century if he continues his superb form in England and yet no one will question him Link to comment

Jay
i honestly feel sorry for him. hope for his sake, he bounces back atleast in tests to reach that 50 target again. Dont see it happening though. most likely will get dropped soon in all formats. he had a great peak indeed. outside that peak, he was inconsistent kind of like pujara. its realy sad to see him struggle this badly. But looking back, his technique has never been tight. i am sorry. his cut shots arent good enough. never was. he always had that weakness vs outside off balls. You cant be a great with such a glaring weakness. Austin 3:!6 1 Link to comment
