Misogynistic conspiracy alert:

Would want to check his diet, his fluids etc. to see if there is any exposure to longterm drugs at very little amount. I suspect the poor thing might not even be aware if he is subjected to such chemicals by his bollywife to castrate him inorder to turn him a woke girl.

I think that's too far fetched. Kohli's intensity has probably caused a burn out.

Anushka and Kohli wearing monogrammed and matching frocks at home does not sound far fetched to me.

With gender fluidity and whatnot being the rage of the woke liberals, such things are very much in the realms of possibility. However, what he does at home is his.choice. I don't care one way or another.

Even hardcore fanboys probably realise now that Kohli is finished.

Shameful exit from next world cup can put an end to his career

Hope he doesn't make it that far if he continues to play poorly. His buddy AB retired at 34. A washed up Kohli at 33 isn't too young to retire.

Not saying Kohli has done it. But you do raise a valid point.

Fudging age is a massively popular practice across the subcontinent. Especially in sports where older kids can steamroll the young'uns in the sub-junior and junior levels. However, this practice comes full circle when said individuals fade earlier (in terms of skills and performance) earlier than their peers.

Sports aside it used to be a ploy undertaken to give people a longer go at Govt. jobs; the entry barriers for which include upper-limit age restrictions. I've seen quite a bit of it in the previous generation(s) among friends and family; Chacha, Mama, Foofa, Tayi, Maami etc.

I'm unsure of how prevalent this practice still is.

wouldn't put it past him given how often it's done at U19 levels.

Absolutely, I will cite one among many examples I came across from my U19 cricket playing days(college and club level). Among the pacers in the club circuit, one chap stood out. There weren't any speed guns available at that level so it wasn't possible to measure his exact delivery speeds. In the nets, he seemed to be at least 8-10kms quicker than the rest and being slightly taller (than the rest) got a bit more bounce. It was challenging to negotiate for a 16 year old like myself. But then, my batting skills aren't exactly top notch anyway

What was measured were everyone's 100 meters sprint speeds during one of the coaching camps. He was consistently beating everyone. His fastest run coming in at 11.8 seconds. He continued to dominate batters at the U19 level with his extra pace and bounce. When he moved up the age grade, the performance was at par with expected levels and he was no longer the stand out quick. The last I heard of him several years ago, he had picked up a Govt. job. He might still be playing some division level cricket with a sarkaari team.

I dont know the truth of the matter here, but lets face it, if he did do it, he would have done it at a time, when it was far easier to do before social media really took off.

While its not impossible to do today, the presence of social media makes it so much harder and easier to be caught out.

yeh he was an average bowler, but if he was indian, he would have been your all time legend with those stats

Probably wouldn't have had the same stats if he played for India.

He'd hardly have access to state of the art tools like Vaseline and bottle caps as well as the advanced saains of  :bebored:ball crafting & make-up

Not to mention he'd also lack appropriate quantities of different animal meats in his diet.

Only reason Kohli will continue to play is for the endorsements and nothing else. He stopped caring about the game a long time back and its been about brand Kohli.

Indeed, that does seem to be whats playing out on the field on a fairly regular basis. Strangles down the leg-side, struggles against spinners in addition to the perennial chasing the wide one on the off side. A string of low scores dotted by an occasional 50-70, far cry from even a couple of years ago.

Based off these it seems like; his past consisted of his core service years, now he is cashing out on the gratuity that's been built up.
