One thing I observed is these new batters are relying on ugly slogs than timing. Even now if you see Karthik batting technique look far soothing and classic than any of the slogger batted so far. This Pant guy needs to be send in domestic to learn how to play shots with proper body Ballance and all around the wicket. He look uglier than Javagal Srinath while bat.

I wonder what sort of batting practice in the nets our overhyped cum overpaid batsmen do in between matches.   There is 2 days gap which is decent enough for a T20.    Do they eat tandoori roti with chicken tikka?

Wonder why Sanju Samson was not picked for this series. Not that it would have solved all our problems but his two outings against SL were 39(25) and 18(12). Was striking at 146 in the IPL also and scored 450+ runs.
