Avesh/Shami/Umran/Deepak Chahar/Thakur/Siraj  - reason i wrote these names as these are the only ones we have played in last few yrs 

 

• Avesh- may continue with him
• Shami- can go for him in name of experience and public pressure (although have only been a bad one)
• Siraj- with bumrah injury they may look for an all phase
• Chahar- already with squad
• Thakur - for batting boost
• Umran- for lack pace criticism they have received

other teams have selected 15 -15 so batting men to kisi ki jagah hi nhin ban rhi hooda ki bhi nhin

They wont select someone all of sudden so even if they will take or someone in reserve it will be among- Hooda, samson, kishen , iyer 

 

Hooda gives bowling as well

Samson recent performance and game against pace bounce will be in his favour + keeping + he is a very good fielder in outfield + can bat anywhere mostly

 

Both can also go + seamer in reserve . 3 player reserve men jayenge

If Avesh gets selected yet again , selectors should hv their heads smashed, assuming they hv heads in the first place.

Maybe Hooda will be dropped for Bumrah, and Bishnoi for Harshal.

Pant can also get dropped and Samson or Kishan might get a nod (I guess Kishan as he's a leftie as well)

 

Yuzi, Bhuvi will get a free pass along with Arshdeep. Avesh may sit out for Deepak Chahar

i dont think they will go with 5 fast bowlers and 3 spinners. It will either be 4-3 or 5-2 and in the open slot they just have to bring in an a batsman. Dont see gill cause we need someone down the order, same challenge with samson. Will be one of hooda or iyer.

Hope they pick atleast 2 genuine quicks, Mohsin and kuldeep sen,or umran ,gill,shaw and sanju,with venky iyer,axar and tewatiya as backup of pandya,jaddu backup they should pick Bishnoi instead of chahal

Rohit will not ask for fresh faces and neither are selectors known to be innovative .. same asia cup 11 + injured guys + shami.. ashwin, avesh will be dropped

Ultimately, the debate would be down to that 1 all rounder spot( Axar Patel or D Hooda or someone else) and 4th pacer( if you pick Harshal or D Chahar, it is a trundler attack).

I think D Chahar will be in reserves only, no chance in squad. In the squad, it will be Axar Patel(3rd all rounder) and 4th pacer I don't know who they will pick, right now lacking options.
