Mohsin is the one if Dravid is specifically talking about tall left arm fast bowlers. Too bad he's injured but he fits the criteria perfectly
We also have Yash and Mukesh who might not be tall like Mohsin but are decent quicks and faster than Arshdeep.

 

In righties we have Kartik Tyagi, Kuldeep Sen, Kaverappa, Gurnoor Singh, Prasidh all more than 6.2+.

Dravid sounds like a defeated personality. What did he mean aapke paas hai to bata do. BC fast bowlers ko bahar bitha ke Harshal Patel aur Bhuvi bhaiya ko chance deta hai and then asking people to find a bowler for him.

Hopefully, he is passive-aggressively telling the selectors to give him some of these guys in the squad.  Sometimes people in power listen when you speak to them through the media.

 

Plus, if Mohsin is your only 6'4" fast bowler and he is recovering from surgery, he qualifies as "agar hota toh ..."

So according to you the great Rahul Dravid, the Head Coach of India, a bonafide ATG and one of the most widely respected Indian cricketers is less powerful than tullas

like Chetan Sharma?

Dravid won't ask for specific player as he won't want to look biased. Unless captain is also onboard.

 

Dravid's job is identify what type of players are needed and selectors need to select them.
