Texan
That is the only suitable spot for him. NEVER... I repeat... NEVER should he open in LOI cricket. Good innings today, but why get upset over not reaching a personal landmark? Shouldn't the joy of hitting a 6 coupled with a team win overshadow personal milestones?! express bowling, Frustrated, Adamant and 2 others 3 2 Link to comment

Vijy
can't believe it so far, but KL has looked very good since he came back from injury. Really hoping that he can sustain this, especially if/when we go to KOs raki05 1 Link to comment

Yes, his ODI record in MO is really good and hope he keeps contributing. The problem is the psychology of how most of our cricketers approach milestones. Kohli is another prime example of someone who chases personal milestones of late. They should keep those aside and if it comes along then well and good. They should try the Sehwag philosophy. Play the ball on merit irrespective if score is 0 or 99. coffee_rules 1 Link to comment
raki05
Yesterday was his best odi inning till date. It was out and out flawless inning ,as he dint give single chance or not even a single miss , his defence was super compact and shot selection was top notch. Well played !!! and hope he can replicate same if need arise. Laaloo, Norman, rollingstoned and 3 others 6 Link to comment
Number
One of the very harsh critics of him. So happy to be proven wrong on him. Has been mission mode good in such chases where he walked in the middle of mayhem and steered us to wins. 2 ODIs in bilaterals against Aus, 1 against SL and then one yesterday. I watched the interview again and I take back my comments. It was not a leading question, but Bishop was asking about the end looking hurried up with a lot of shots and KL literally said he was planning to hit a 4 and a 6. But the attempted 4 became a sixer. If it’s not a tongue-in-cheek comment, it really shows how they play for milestones! Judge for yourself Link to comment
