why are you stuck on Indian law? They have broken US law and they are going to deal with it the way they feel best. While i understand why people try to enter US illegally, they however know the risk both enroute or if caught post landing. Govt cant be asked to compensate for the money they spent on agents for entering US illegally.

An interesting thing to note is that a lot of these people were working in Europe. Realised that post cost of living were not making anything due to low wages. Decided to goto USA.

 

Truth is usa is only game in town for illegals. Western Europe Kannada its simply not even economically viable.

1 crore seems like a inflated figure.  I have heard folks from Haryana and nearby paying around 30-40 lakhs for donkey routes to US Kaneda.  

Figures are even less when it comes to infamous Serbia Italy route.

I will vote for Bhagwant Mann if he does facilitate sending all Khalistanis from Punjab  illegally to Kaneda. Gandh desh se door karo.

Why Canada? We don't want Canada to be polluted- it's a huge resource rich land we are colonizing and our backup plan if global warming really does turn India into a toaster oven. 

 

Send them to Al bartaniya.  The dehat island of Europe has nothing to offer us and plenty of scores to settle.

Their numbers are miniscule in Punjab as almost all of them are in Kaneda and Australia but why not.

I didn’t want them in US , still have the ill feeling about Turdeau and want Hagmeet to suffer. Agreed about sending filth to Britain , but @mishra and @Austin 3:!6 might get impacted. Let Gurpatwant Singh  run his Khalistan raafarundum in Pakistan.

I don't think anyone is seriously looking at recompensing these people.

The US has punished/deported them for the crime of illegal immigration. India will not because they haven't committed any crime here. That's all there is to it.

Yes. A passport is the property of the Indian state.

Destroying a passport is like destroying public property.

 

As you pointed out, it is extremely difficult to prove that it was done intentionally. But if proven, can result in jail time, especially when the charges are a part of a larger criminal conspiracy.
