Don't know when he will get another chance in test cricket. this TM will keep giving him chance after chance. he is dravid's (golden) skinny boi
tweaker Posted November 9, 2024 Posted November 9, 2024 Prasidh has bowled well against Australia A and also scored 29 runs. Manucrick 1
Stan AF Posted November 9, 2024 Posted November 9, 2024 Frankly it is one of the bad habits of ICF. Bigg Brother 1
vvvslaxman Posted November 9, 2024 Posted November 9, 2024 I m going to be cautious. He is injury prone. Wonder if it is due to the action. Ishant as a 19 year old had similar frame. But his load up was much better. PRasidh looks awkward right before loading. Stutter 1

This could lead to erratic bowling. We have bagged Ishant for many years (especially under MSD). But rejuvenated Ishant showed what tall bowlers can do. Since his retirement we haven't found a tall bowler yet. Ishant was 6'4". Prasidh is only 6'2". Harshit Rana is also 6'2". I think Arshdeep is the tallest in the current lot 6'3". Not test class yet. I am also curious to see how this net bowler for CSK gurjapneet singh coming along. I know it is a wild shot. He is 6'3" or 6'4" not sure
vvvslaxman Posted November 9, 2024 Posted November 9, 2024 Anybody k nows what happened to this trundler. Not much info on cricinfo. Ravikumar from 2022 U19 batch. He took 4 wickets in the final.

New guy Posted November 9, 2024 Posted November 9, 2024 Prasidh is just ishant sharma and we have better talent now devisreeprasadmahesh 1
Lord Posted November 9, 2024 Posted November 9, 2024 Prasidh had good game singhvivek141, express bowling and BacktoCricaddict 3
singhvivek141 Posted November 9, 2024 Posted November 9, 2024 I am really surprised by Prasidh's batting ability. From being a dud level to this significant improvement is commendable. He isnt a great fielder so working on a secondary skill can help for his cause. Even if he isnt selected for the first test over Harshit, this performance will help him immensely in gaining the confidence of the TM. Number, express bowling and rahulrulezz 1 2
vvvslaxman Posted November 9, 2024 Posted November 9, 2024 How would you compare him with young srinath

I am cautious also for a different reason - somehow the biggest stage seems to weigh him down. Maybe he has worked in his mental game and is more ready now.

He choked in crunch situations

Majestic Posted November 10, 2024 Posted November 10, 2024 Harshit is behind Prasidh and Mukesh both in reckoning. He didn’t even play A game. He won’t feature in the game especially due to his erratic line and length. Prasidh Bumrah Siraj That’s 9-11. We are not good enough to produce a test standard #8 for overseas fast bowling conditions that balances the side which has 3 pacers and 1 spin A/R
